Charlie is a 6-year-old, 33-pound female mixed breed found as a stray in Ross County before coming to Gigi’s. She is a charming girl who just wants to be with her person. Gene served as a Navy Seabee for eight years and was looking for a dog who would be happy to be with him all the time. Thank you to the Lennon family for fostering Charlie!
